Summer Rates (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Daily — $140 per night*
Weekly — $850 per week

Winter Rates

Daily — $125 per night*
Weekly — $800 per week

*2-night minimum stay; holidays require 3-nights minimum

 

Reservations within 60 days: A deposit of rent, security deposit ($300) and cleaning fee ($50) will secure your reservation. You have the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance as described in the rental agreement.

Reservations more than 60 days out: A deposit of 50% of rent and security deposit ($300) will secure your reservation. The remainder of the rent and the cleaning fee are payable a week in advance of your arrival date. You have the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance as described in the rental agreement which is payable at the time the reservation is made.
